Sales information

A public exhibition of these prints is being held at BL6 Studios in Horwich, Greater Manchester, on the dates below.

The exhibition is in support of Fortalice, a domestic abuse charity in Bolton, providing frontline services for people who are, or have been, affected by domestic abuse and violence. Fortalice also offers refuges with wraparound support to the women and children who stay there.

The prints on display during the exhibition are for sale:

The £40 price of each print on display in the exhibition includes a £30 charitable donation to Fortalice. The remaining £10 is for printing costs with no profit to the artist or the gallery. Exhibition purchases can be collected from the close of the exhibition on 11th October.

Additional prints may also be available for sale on the same basis in the exhibition room for taking away immediately.

Prints are also for sale separately on this website any time from 2nd October up to the end of 11th October. The £50 price of each print bought online includes a £30 charitable donation to Fortalice and £20 to cover printing costs and postage and packing.

Shipping

I do not tend to keep a stock of prints ready to ship immediately. I print everything myself, to order, firstly to be able to reduce the price and secondly, to make sure each print is exactly how I think it should be in colour, tone, and general print quality. They are usually despatched within two working days once the ink is dry.

Prints are shipped carefully rolled into 64mm diameter cardboard post tubes with a 2mm thick wall to protect them from creasing or other damage during transit. UK only. On receipt of an order, take the picture(s) out of the tube as soon as possible after delivery and lie flat or put straight into frame(s).

Orders are normally processed within two working days of receipt of order and sent with Royal Mail Tracked 48® with signature.

Secure payments

Secure payments are made with Stripe, allowing secure credit card payments or payments via Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna.

Returns for prints bought online, not in person at the exhibition

The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 give you the right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the print at your own cost. Contact me and I will give you the return address.

If you cancel, I will refund the amount paid for the print. The refund will be made within 14 days of my receiving the returned print. A deduction may be made for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the print once. Be assured that prints bought online are exactly the same size and quality as those on display in the exhibition.

Please note that cancelling a sale will mean that Fortalice will not receive any donation from you.

IMPORTANT — FINE ART PRINT

Please handle with exceptional care. I take special care to roll the prints into their postal tubes without any creases. Remove the print gently from the tube and support it with both hands from underneath. Do not lift it by an edge or pinch it between finger and thumb, as this can permanently crease the fine-art paper. Avoid touching the printed surface or leaning over it. Lay it flat on a clean, dry surface or place it directly into a suitable frame.

Fortalice

The exhibition is in support of Fortalice with their approval. Fortalice has not sponsored the exhibition as such. It is sponsored jointly by Patrick Taylor and BL6 Studios.
